Cambridge Management Sdn. Bhd. (CMSB) was founded in 2002 (formerly known as Norton Matrix Enterprise) and is a recognized consultancy and training service provider in Malaysia for more than 12 years.

In order to extend our business as a training provider and to be more focused on providing excellent in-house and public training services to our clients, Cambridge Management then established Cambridge Training Sdn. Bhd. (CTSB) in 2008, as a subsidiary which, recognized by Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF), Agency under Ministry of Human Resources Malaysia. We are now HRDF approved training provider in Malaysia.

Our valuable team consists of Professional Consultants and Trainers, each specialized in their own fields such as ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, OHSAS 18001/ ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System, ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points (HACCP), AS 9100 Aerospace Quality Management System, ISO 13485 Medical Device Quality Management System, ISO 29001 Oil & Gas Quality Management System, ISO 26000 CSR, Leadership and Managerial Skills, Team Building and etc.

We have become a leading consultancy and training service provider as we continue to improve. We have supported many valuable clients in development of management systems, improvements and providing employees’ hard-skills and soft-skills trainings throughout our services.

We work closely with government authorities in Malaysia in order to add value to our service, such as Environment Institute Malaysia (EiMAS), Department of Environment Malaysia; Department of Occupational, Safety and Health Malaysia (DOSH), CIDB Malaysia (Construction Industry Development Board) and etc.

Collaboration has become an essential element in fulfilling our mission to become the preferred consultancy & training provider. Hence, CMSB and CTSB are working in partnership with Institute of Management Specialist, United Kingdom. In addition, we are also a member of Malaysian Oil & Gas Services Council, MOGSC in order to serve clients from oil & gas industries in providing our quality consultancy & training services.
