ISO/TS 16949
For organisations working within the automotive sector, certification to ISO/TS16949 represents a significant opportunity for standardisation and improvement.
ISO/TS16949 was jointly developed by the members of the International Automotive Task Force (IATF) in close collaboration with the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO). The aim was to combine the individual requirements of the four most common automotive standards in Europe and the USA - QS-9000, VDA 6.1, EAQF and AVSQ – into a single standard. This technical specification together with customer-specific requirements defines quality system requirements for use in the automotive supply chain.

OHSAS 18001
Organizations are coming under increasing commercial, regulatory and ethical pressures to control risk from their operations. The majority of organizations now ensure they comply with the appropriate Occupational Health & Safety legislation, however many are now realizing the benefits a formalized approach to health and safety management systems can bring. Combined with the adverse publicity and subsequent loss of reputation arising from incidents, it makes good commercial sense to formalize any existing health and safety management system and opt for independent third-party certification to the occupational health and safety specification, OHSAS 18001.
Further to consultancy and training services for OHSAS 18001, we do provide the following value added services:-

AS 9100
Initially released in October 1999 by the Society of Automotive Engineers(SAE) in the Americas and the European Association of Aerospace Industries in Europe, and shortly thereafter by standards organizations in Japan and Asia, AS9100 was a cooperative effort of the International Aerospace Quality Group(IAQG). As such, it combines and harmonizes requirements outlined in the SAE's AS9000 and Europe's prEN9000-1 standards. Recently, AS9100 was revised to align with ISO 9001:2000.

ISO 13485
ISO 13485 specifies requirements for a quality management system where an organization needs to demonstrate its ability to provide medical devices and related services that consistently meet customer requirements and regulatory requirements applicable to medical devices and related services.
The primary objective of ISO 13485 is to facilitate harmonized medical device regulatory requirements for quality management systems. As a result, it includes some particular requirements for medical devices and excludes some of the requirements of ISO 9001 that are not appropriate as regulatory requirements. Because of these exclusions, organizations whose quality management systems conform to this International Standard cannot claim conformity to ISO 9001 unless their quality management systems conform to all the requirements of ISO 9001.
All requirements of ISO 13485 are specific to organizations providing medical devices, regardless of the type or size of the organization.

HACCP
Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) is a systematic preventative approach to food safety that addresses physical, chemical and biological hazards as a means of prevention rather than finished product inspection. HACCP is used in the food industry to identify potential food safety hazards, so that key actions, known as Critical Control Points (CCP's) can be taken to reduce or eliminate the risk of the hazards being realised. The system is used at all stages of food production and preparation processes.
Today HACCP is being applied to industries other than food, such as cosmetics and pharmaceuticals.
