HACCP is a management system in which food safety is addressed through the analysis and control of biological, chemical, and physical hazards from raw material production, procurement and handling, to manufacturing, distribution and consumption of the finished product. Every food Industries has a responsibility to ensure food is safe for consumption. In addition to this food law places a legal requirement on food business operators to put in place, implement and maintain a permanent procedure based on Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) principles.

- A preparation to develop or plan for a future proper Food Management Systems

This course is designed for Top Management, Managers, Management Representatives, Departmental Heads, HACCP Auditors and staff responsible for implementing and/or maintaining the HACCP System or Food Management System.
