An effective control of project documentation is evidence of a good project management.
Documentation may in a form of time record, progress of the project, drawings, budget plans, tender documents, schedules, and the history of the projects and so on. It also helps you track activities related to the project, find out if time constraints are being met, monitor productivity and plan for the future.
Other than that, a good documentation also helps you to avoid the common human error-forgetful. Knowing the history of the project is essential for the current plan of action as well as how you proceed in the future.
This training course is to:
Impart a practical understanding of document control for project drawings and other documentation
Enable participants to deploy an efficient and effective document and record control system in their organization.
