Management Consultant

Responsibilities:

  1. To provide consultancy services to clients on various management system principles, methodologies as per clients' requirement.

  2. To conduct and perform in-house and public trainings.

  3. Assist to develop; implement operational and business strategies.

  4. Assist in research, development and accreditation of training & consultancy programs.

Requirements:

  1. Must be at least a diploma holder with at least 1 year working experience preferably in Management system, Organization Development or Human Resource Management.

  2. Experience in consulting of various management system principles, methodologies e.g ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP and other international standards will be added advantage eg. ISO 20000, ISO 27001 and soft skills or leadership related trainings.

  3. Good interpersonal skills, presentation skills and customer oriented person. (Those with training experience will have another added advantage)

  4. Flexible, adaptable and customer focused, able to build relationships quickly at all levels and thrive in an environment of constant change.

  5. Computer and Microsoft applications knowledge is a must.

  6. Strong command of the English, BM and Mandarin languages, both verbal and written.

  7. Willing to accept challenge, highly motivated, responsive and energetic individual.

 

Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:

  1. To provide support to Business Development Team in carry their marketing activities, such as proposal preparation, follow up SMIDEC grant document compilation and follow up.

  2. To coordinate with Consultants and clients on the project execution.

  3. Assist to develop & implement operational and business strategies.

  4. Assist in research, development and accreditation of consultancy programs.

Requirements:

  1. Must be at least a diploma holder with at least 1 year working experience preferably  in ISO related consultancy or auditing lines.

  2. Experience in business development for management consultancy services such as ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO22000 and etc.

  3. Good interpersonal skills, presentation skills and customer and result oriented person.

Training Executive

Responsibilities:

  1. To get new clients and maintaining good rapport with existing clients.

  2. Plan training calendar, promote and market it.

  3. Cold Calling.

  4. Organize & coordinating both public & in-house trainings.

  5. Provide proposals for any training enquiry.

  6. Update and back up client database.

  7. Follow up proposals with clients.

  8. Source right trainer to meet clients training requirements

Requirements:

  1. Min. Diploma with 2 years working experience.

  2. Preferably with experience in planning & coordinating trainings and seminars.

  3. Telemarketing background will be added advantage.

  4. Aggressive, good interpersonal & communication skills, creative & innovative, presentation skills and customer oriented person.

  5. Computer and Microsoft applications knowledge is a must.

  6. Strong command of English & BM languages, both verbal and written. Mandarin will be added advantage.

 

Designer and Programmer

Responsibilities:·        

  1. Designing various leaflets/ flyers & send to our clients to promote our product or training courses.       

  2. Involve in e-marketing our product and training online.

  3. Design and update our website from time to time to make it more professional look.

  4. Improve and monitor the ranking of our website in major search engine.

  5. Any other tasks assign to you from time to time

Requirements:
  1. More than One year web program development experience.

  2. Good in PHP, Javascript and others programming software.

  3. Familiar with Mysql, XHTML and CSS (DIV+CSS), XML.

  4. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator, CorelDraw, Dreamweaver, 3D Max and other graphic softwares.

  5. Ability to work effectively as a team member interfacing at all levels within the organization as well as with customers.

  6. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadline-task/ projects in the fast paced environment.

  7. Strong organization skills
